run, teach, rest
hello stunner! in this edition of wonkee club digest - memberships open! running! new practices! studio practices! teacher events!
wanna join the club? only 30 spaces are available - be sure you get in quickly because once they are gone they are gone! after this, the next membership enrolment will be 1st may. get to it - we’d love to have you!
new on demand practices for members - standing practices can be joyless, tricky monsters that ask us to do things without much time for explanation. this month learnt to balance, fly, fall out safely and, in parts, have fun. you can replay all classes here.
long form yin: two practices under 40mins for all the yin lovers! one practice is dedicated to the ‘up the wall’ postures, another for the upper body. you can try them out here.
in person practice - continuing our monthly hang out in manchester! we’ve only got 6 tickets left for our march studio practice - grab one before they go.
fancy a friday night in manchester with a difference? head into town for a evening of low and slow practice - keeping close to the floor we’ll get to grips with a big yin practice and head slowly into an exploration of restorative practice - 10 places left!
do you like running? today i’ve launched the access to run research project - looking at neurodivergent runners (and wannabe runners) and our experiences/thoughts of run clubs, races and running apps. i would love it if you considered filling out the questionnaire! the data collected will be translated into an neurodivergent accessibility toolkit for run clubs and races to improve their events.
yoga teacher? icon that is emma peel and me are doing a 11am, midweek talk with each other - its about yoga and money - wages, costs, so-called ‘investments’ and unionising! It’s pay what you can and i would love you to join in!
